What is Postpartum Doula Care?

It is care provided to families by a postpartum doula. In the days and weeks after a new baby joins the family. Usually from birth to about 12 weeks postpartum, also called the fourth trimester. 

What is a Postpartum Doula?

A postpartum doula is someone who is trained to support families, help them geta good start and find their groove after a new baby joins the family. A doula provides emotional, physical, and practical support as well as evidence-based education. 

What can a Doula do for Me?

As your Doula I can provide help with the emotional and physical adjustments in the family, run errands, meal prep, help in the household, model and educate on baby care, provide pet or sibling support, and help breastfeeding got of to a good start.
